Minorca in general and San Lluis in particular offer you an ideal setting to practice all types of sport.
It is perfect for cycling, whether on road or cross-country. The island is surrounded by the cami de cavalls, the old pathway for horses which goes around the island and is ideal for either walking or taking a pleasant bike ride.
Minorca is a dream setting for lovers of sailing. You can windsurf in the calm waters of the marinas where the sailing amenities are located and which offer all types of services and conveniences to those who want to drop anchor and enjoy their facilities. If you go diving in Minorca you will fall in love with her transparent waters which are host to a great variety of life that is well worth observing. Its sea beds are authentic enchanted woods of plants and unique marine species, caves, light shows and shipwreck remains.
Canoeing or rowing in a kayak is another lovely way to live an adventure at sea: discover marine caves, impressive cliffs or cross the most surprising natural bridges in the Mediterranean.

Owing to the British influence there is also a cricket pitch and an association for lovers of this sport. In Sant Lluis or Mahon you can find all types of sporting amenities to play football, basketball, tennis and paddleball. And if you feel like a basketball match, Menorca Basket has its facilities on the Sant Lluis to Maó road.
Minorca's gastronomy deserves a chapter apart.
