Welcome to Eden Hotels!
We welcome you to our website in the hope that it will be useful for you to get to know our establishments and the services you can find in them better.
Eden Hotels is a group made up of 4 establishments in Mallorca and Menorca, all of them for holidays and basically for families.
The group's first establishment was the 3-star Aparthotel Eden Alcudia, which was opened in 1986; two years later, in 1988, the Aparthotel Eden Lago, also 4 stars, was opened, and in 1995 the 4-star Aparthotel Eden Playa was opened. These three hotels are in Mallorca. The latest establishment incorporated into the group was the Binibeca Club/Eden Binibeca in Menorca, in 2001.
Year after year we make small improvements to our infrastructures and services to meet our customers' needs, expectations and requirements.
Three of our five establishments are certified with the Tourism Quality "Q", issued by the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute (ICTE), which is a reliable, differentiating and prestigious mark that distinguishes us from our competitors. All of them have environmental management systems certification based on UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004, which marks us out as a group of establishments that respect and take care of the environment as much as possible, both at an internal level, and with our customers suppliers and collaborators, who we keep informed and try to spread the desire to improve our environmental behaviour.
Our human team, made up of people willing to work and learn, is available to you to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, so, as well as the services we offer, you can enjoy the natural and cultural heritage and privileges offered by the islands.
Company’s Environmental Policy
This Hotel Group’s policy has been approved with date of 01/03/04.
The Group of “Eden Hotels” promises to base it’s tourism- and hotel activities at this present time and in the future on the following principles:
• The Hotel Group’s aim is to obtain economical benefits.
• Quality of service: Our guests are the reason for the existence of this facility. Therefore we will put all of our energy into treating our guests to their full contentment.
• Environment-conscious working methods: Dealing with the daily environmental problems in a conscious way and keeping a responsibility for the preservation of natural resources.
• Working conditions: Creating optimum conditions referring to health and security conditions for our staff and therefore to offer a positive work environment.
With these purpuses, Eden Hotels promises to observe the following obligations:
1. Guarantee of fulfilment and observance of all the organisations´ regulations.
2. Working on the politics of the fiscal goals for continuing improvement.
3. Environment:
• Improvement of the respect of all staff, guests suppliers and others towards the nature and environment
• Improvement and control of the facility for optimum use and efficiency and therefore acting responsible in the consumption of energy and resources. Also to obey the recycling regulation.
• Rating of environmental consequences of daily activities. Planning of security measures avoiding environmental damages or at least to keep damages at a minimum level.
4. Training and information for staff regarding risks at the workplace as well as prevention of accidents
5. Setting up a good work climate by trustful and open communication
6. Improvement of the treatment of our guests by:
